Eva Kengen

Circa is proud to introduce the ceramic works of Eva Kengen, a Belgian ceramist who lives and work in the Belgian “Ardennes”. She discovered clay turning techniques in Japan in 2013. Back in Belgium she decided to dedicate herself to the profession of ceramist. She specialised in wheel turned stoneware, influenced by Asian and Western traditions.

Eva works with local clays and she uses vegetal ash glazes. These glazes bring a particular effect and texture to her works. She creates simple functional shapes, both useful and sophisticated.

Eva Kengen works are available in only a few selected stores in France and in Japan. She also has her own website.

Our selection of Eva Kengen works include table ware (candle holders, plates and bowls) and some unique vases.
